It can also be argued that XJT (my original 121 outfit for which I hold in high regard btw) is a destressed carrier at this point and is a **** deal for a lot of people over there right now.

You have a beef with Delta or SWA holding "open houses" too?
There's a big difference between a Delta or SWA open house and what PSA is doing. With those airlines the "headhunting" involve a move to a major carrier with huge increases in salary, contract terms, and qol.

PSA on the other hand is just acting like the ugly person in the bar trying to snag some meat at closing time.
