And hey, for some people making a lateral move to another regional is an increase to pay, contract terms, and QOL. It's all relative.
Fair enough, I wouldn't say my opinion is unbiased at all. I also wouldn't tell you I've never been the ugly person in the bar at the end of the night.
I agree, when I left PSA DEC to become a GoJet DEC I had an increase in pay, contract terms, and quality of life.
