So who is poaching from whom? How do you feel about Endeavors (DL WO) announcement?
Given that Endeavor should earn your word much more than PSA - yet are you not going to bite the hand that feeds you?.
The difference between PSA and 9E is that Endeavor isn't circling the waters in Atlanta, setting up Open Houses aimed at pilots - yet. XJT is working WITH 9E, B6, and DL to set up interviews and seminars over the next few weeks for pilots to explore their options.
Now, that said, I have heard there's been an uptick in EV guys coming through our recruiting offices at the HDQ in MN. The decision to move the flying was solely based on performance. Mainline partners can choose to shift airplanes to carriers who can perform...no problems from me on that front.
This is a great option for someone who isn't hearing their phone ring from mainline/LCC/ULCC carriers. I moved from another regional to 9E last fall and haven't regretted it one second. Interviewed at 9E and PSA. Already upgraded here, so the clock is ticking on my DL interview. PSA could only say I'd be at AA in about 6 years...that'll be more than a quarter million difference in mainline pay once my time comes.
