They are welcome to bid to the jet as an FO and enjoy the instant line and all the flying they want (and more).
If you bid max credit as an FO it is entirely possible to get a line that couldn't be legally done (110 hrs max credit max as an IAD FO and 105 hrs as an EWR FO).
