The "asking" rates that have published
are for date-of-signing. I haven't seen anything in regards to the proposed pay increases for years 2, 3, and 4 following DOS. Who knows, the raises in the following years could be substantial. Keep in mind that we're supposedly asking for retro-pay of the DOS rates back to March 31, 2017; and then retro-pay at the LOA67 proposed interim rates from March '16 through March '17. So in actuality we wouldn't be that far behind in straight pay rates. But then we don't have profit sharing (nor do I believe it is part of our ask), so that hurts.
Pick up your phone and call your rep to ask if the negotiating committee is allowing that info to be public. They'll be the best source of info.
