Gentlemen (and Ladies, if any), I think we all understand the futility of playing "Monday morning quarterback" in the aftermath of an accident. As professional pilots, how about we wait until the NTSB publishes the final report, digest it, and then hopefully take lessons individually and organizationally that will help us avoid a repeat.

This is not the forum to chastise the pilots, pilot group, or airline over an unfortunate accident. With respect to safety, it's the same job - different uniform.
