This is a question that screams, "I'm uninformed!" Go back and read the 25+ Negotiating Newsletters. I think the negotiating committee has explained clearly the strategy in play. Average all the 320 rates available in the profile section of this forum and then tell me if you think $245/hr is low. Plus, there's more to annual income than just the hourly rate.
