If thats the case it may be because of the items ive mentioned already. The FO will be expecting the CQFO to be a solid CA. Nothing worse than flying with a CA thats all butts and corner arms
The recruiting page says 1000 121 and you can use other regulatory time on a case by case basis. That leads me to believe that they only allow it if you've operated in and out of high density airports under airline style operations. Flying a king air probably doesn't meet those requirements...and only certain 135 time counts anyways.
