For those of you that use commuter hotels, Compass is now using a different booking method behind the scenes. It might be worth while to re verify that rooms that have previously been reserved have been re-booked under the new system. The old confirmation numbers mean nothing. Being able to say "I am ******* reservation number 12" no longer produces the desired effect because,
"They changed, we can't do that no more."
