If it's to be operated as designed, that is with about 100 seats, it contractually can't go to the regionals.
Section 6 is coming and never underestimate the stupidity of s crowd. If we relent on scope, it'll be the start of another decades long decline.
$1000/hr, 100hr guarantee.... A single inch of scope relief would be an absolute no from me. (I'm sure some here would sell out their own kids for a few more dollars)
