JetBlue has developed a very hypocritical culture. They tout loyalty to the company and don't want to hire people who will leave for airlines that pay better, but if you need recency of experience, they tell you to go to a regional for a couple hundred hours before they'll hire you. I guess loyalty only applies to JetBlue and not regionals. "Not impressed."
