But other than the phase 2 part if they want recency that's what they want but they should tell you that or not let you interview unless every box is checked.
I interviewed in February. I was told I needed to go to a regional at the end of April. Should have come up before the "you passed phase two " letter. I was told that the pilot hiring committee was deadlocked. Would I do it again? I would have taken the corporate job I turned down in expectation of a class. And saved about 70K that I lost by going to a regional. Water under the bridge now. Not the worst year of my life but in the top three.
