I still love how this method has three gates that the referred pilot must pass through in order for them to pay. Then my second favorite part is when they say should the referred employee leave you're not going to receive the remainder of your bonus.



Again they are trying not to pay up. If you depart Compass for greener pastures, you don't get paid, if your buddy punches out, you don't get paid in full.
