I stand corrected. You're absolutely right. Thanks for pointing that out. However I do stand by my assertion that pilots should be flying the book as well as holding the company accountable for it's intentional contract violations. It does appear that the MEC, based on our latest email, is still actively pursuing an agreement in regards to the violations. However, reading between the lines, it looks like it is the company intentionally dragging things out.
