If the LOA applies to more than just first year FO rates then why shouldn't it apply to all pay rates within the CBA?
I think as pilot group we need a paradigm shift away from accepting whatever crap is thrown at us and start standing up for what is right.
It references 2nd year and beyond rates because they are a function of 1st year rates. Captain rates aren't a function of FO rates. I would like a raise as much as anybody, but the union isn't going to pursue that grievance and no arbitrator would side with that argument.
