I agree with everything but the Honeywell having a steep learning curve. Just as with anything in aviation, you get out what you put in. They teach you the basics and the rest you learn in the sim and on the line. They will hire at 500 hrs. One in my class was close to that (550ish) They need captains in a bad way, though. They also bring you up to speed on the Jepp plates during training. You will need to be familiar with them upon interview however.
Understatement of the year. 3 more put in their two weeks last cycle.
