The stories of people being threatened to get flying done or else YOU will cause a flight to cancel is sickening. They did to themselves and then they have to audacity to blame us when everyone is being run ragged and exhausted. Things could be worse, but this place is a far from sunshine and rainbows like they continue to claim.
