Thanks. It's been a complete mess. Brought on by the inability for anyone to make timely decisions. The entire free world outside of Willis Tower was screaming how catastrophic and long lasting this would be. How does UAL handle it? By posting we're running a full schedule. So instead of just canceling things in advance they wait until the last second causing even more chaos for employees and travelers alike.

Completely agree, flew in last night and it was total chaos. Willis was more concerned about our new uniforms that we're getting in 4 years than responsibly running an operation....... a full schedule into a hurricane are you kidding me.....embarrassing to say the least.
