2761 is taking employees to IAH to help with the recovery. It is turning right around and flying back to ORD full of UA PAX that were stranded in IAH and all non IAH baggage. This flight should empty out the concourses of non employees and IAH based PAX and all baggage. It is a rescue flight so it is allowed to operate.
