I stated in my post that the award will be decided on Oct 29 and added "likely sooner" for these reasons:

1. The arbitration panel has only three items to decide on.
2. The mediator who was present during the entire mediation process is also a member of the arbitration panel. He has heard all of the arguments several times prior and should have a deep working knowledge of the pieces at work and why both parties have arrived at the positions they have.

We all know that a decision is due no later than 10/29, but considering these facts there is a possibility that the arbitration panel *could* render a decision prior to October 29. That was all I was saying, I'm surprised this upset you or at the very least gave you reason to try to put me down.
