Instructors are paid at 90 hours at what they're seniority can hold up to a cap of 9th year wide body F/O pay. It matters not one bit what your supplemental paper bid happens to be. For instance, my supplemental paper bid is 756 Captain in SFO. I am paid the 9th year 777/787/400 F/O hourly rate at 90 hours.
