Company is soliciting volunteers for "vacation slot buy back." This is to eliminate future open time.
Interestingly they're paying for that time (up to 19.5 hours plus extension days) at 150%, which I believe is a contract violation.
Our contract, near as I can tell, doesn't provide for this mechanism. I could be wrong?
