Be sure to include the time the haz paperwork was delivered and the time you called ramp tower ready to push. Is there anybody that thinks mgt doesn't already have these numbers? Maybe then, when your ACP is counseling you about some very minor paperwork issue you could point out that you have an above average on time record and can we please change the subject to something more important?Mark
