Lolololol. I'm sorry I can't stop laughing.

Our flight benefits are limited to purchasing tickets on AA/DL/UA/WN/B6/AS on orbitz or Priceline or whatever website the general public purchases them on. You can nonrev on Spirit. Or pay full fare on spirit as well. (Non discounted but you get checked bags and carry on bags free)

We do have ZED agreements with foreign airlines that I've never heard of that can get you international but not the well known airlines like Air France British Airways etc.

I guess the one good thing about nonreving on Spirit is that the standby list is almost non-existent because it's only HQ folks, mechanics, pilots and flight attendants that have Spirit nonrev benefits on Spirit. Rampers and gate agents (all outsourced anyway) don't have nonrev benefits and you're mostly banking on the numerous no shows to get on.
