Company housing is provided during training and the accommodations aren't bad. But be ready cause they will send you out once ground school is over and you have to find your own place. My advice is get an idea of where they are gonna send you ahead of time so you can find a house or room. Right now our Big Island bases are fairly full with SIC's. PIC's are a little understaffed right now so be ready to fly a lot. Hope this answers some of your questions.
