HA! Contractually, NAC pilots are required only 12 days off per calendar month (not a 28 day bid period). I wouldn't expect anything more than that. There is no training program for the 767 at NAC (the surviving certificate). They just lost a highly qualified Manager of Training because they tried to slash his pay by a substantial amount AFTER offering him a job.
They're trying to hire people into a base (MIA) and an aircraft (767) that are both a long way from being a reality.
People are leaving NAC in droves to go to Alaska and Atlas. You may want to ask yourself why that is before applying.
