CAM, the ATSG subsidiary that does aircraft leasing, stands for "Cargo Aircraft Management". They're in the business of buying 767s, converting them for cargo use, and then leasing them. So in all likelihood, that was not a CAM aircraft.

I have some flights in ex Qantas birds in my logbook (N317CM, N362CM) that ATSG/CAM had the good sense to lease to ABX during at least some of my career there. I must have mixed up West Jet with some other bottom feeder up north that I vaguely recall ABX doing some sort of equipment swap with, among several others.
