You must get consolidated, and learn a new skill; becoming a Chameleon, to adapt to each CA you fly with. You will no longer have nice lines that your check airman had, and you will be thrown on your own to the crew schedulers.
Captains will expect you to know what you are doing, and not all of them will be in a teaching kind of mood. If you are a constant f@&k up, you will be without a job.
