So is 240 new hires growth or attrition? Total number on the seniority list seems to pretty much remain the same
I won't comment on total list numbers, but I will say that I was hired late last year and there have been less than 30 pilots leave who were senior to me (average of about 3 a month). So attrition isn't high... Who knows though, maybe it will pick up.
