As DarksideMoon says, its 12k 18 months. Ive been here 5 months and have almost 350 hours. Plan to fly around 7 to 800 hours a year. There is good earning potential here if you are willing to work to a degree. OT is readily available if you want it. You will work on OT and regular time too. There is no denying that. Early shows and sometimes 6 or more legs you'll have. Take it for what it is and move on. Progression is available to. Im upgrading soon as the training contract runs concurrent to the FO training contract. Salary jumps to 52 and daily OT rates rise as well. It's good PIC turbine experience. Great benefits. I caution you though, you will work here. This isn't a cush sit around job. Expect to earn your money and also learn some great flying skills and hone your instrument skills as well... Especially flying in the Northeast. Every job has its issues as none are perfect. Show up, do your job, and go home. Let the small stuff roll off.
