We have many of FOs here who are just along for the ride. They don't know how to print releases outside of base and don't do it in base. They never program the FMS (probably because they don't know how) and when they do it isn't complete. They don't check fuel or weather, verify your FMS setup is correct or cross check anything when running the checklist. And they don't look at the maintenance can. You could put crazy numbers in the box, not take fuel and have an non-airworthy aircraft and they wouldn't notice as long as the captain acted like everything was fine. Plus you have to spend the entire four day like a goalie blocking all the mistakes coming your way. Work on being a crew member instead of just another seat fill. Flying single pilot is tiring.
Also, learn to talk on the radio correctly.
