Again, almost every other regional has been doing this for years. Saying "it's not fair we want more too" seems funny
Sure it would be nice if we got massive payscale increases but this is a regional airline
"but mom everyone else is jumping off a bridge" thats basically the argument you're making. Why shouldn't we be trying to raise the bar and make things better for everyone?
Making the statement "but this is a regional airline" is exactly what has gotten this industry to where it is today, two groups of people with the same skills sets doing the same job for massively different pay!
