I'm not hating on the new hires, in fact I AM happy that the bottom is coming up and the wages are more livable. I remember how hard it was getting by for that first year, it wasn't that long ago. I agree completely with this. It's frustrating to see the amount of lambasting we receive from management when we step out of line, but there is zero ramification or accountability on their part.
