Aloha already has a training program for the 767,pilots already in training.

Their training program is really irrelevant. There will never be a 767 flown on the Aloha certificate. Any 767 pilots will have to be trained on the NAC certificate before they fly. Anyone hired at Aloha will eventually be a NAC pilot.
