Reminds me of a small police department in Montana that received a donated dog from the Israeli Defense Force (rather than spending 20K on a Belgian Malinois trained from scratch). Dog didn't respond to commands. Officers had to find one of the few Rabbis in Montana to get language training because it turned out the dog only understood Hebrew. True story. Sometimes the free one comes with strings!
