One reason I didn't take another week of FMLA is I was told it would effect my longevity having a DEC checkride and Oct class date, thus giving me an extra year of vacation time one year later than I would have gotten it, if that makes sense. Looks like Mooney and Farmlover are correct. Back in the day Pinnacle used the check ride date and not the date of ground school for the longevity date. So, that means I have a month and a half before step 2 pay kicks in. Funny then if I was short of a year, why I didnt have to pay back my uniforms
