I'm not too concerned with the flow. I suppose it's good insurance, but I would hope to make it to a major before the flow. I can't imagine there is a lot of difference QOL wise between SkyWest and Envoy. It seems this comes down to whether commuting is worth not having to put out the $20k for the ratings and the loss of another $40K in bonuses. Or wait it out a bit and see if SkyWest does come up with some sort of RTP to help pay for the MEL and IR.
