At United Airlines Safety is concern number one. Comfort is number two. Sitting in a hot aircraft is not comfortable. On time is third and efficient fourth. Sounds like the captain did a good job. Late flights happen. Keeping people off the jet while MX does their thing is a conservative move that garners my respect. GO GO GO GO GO ASAFP!!!! Isn't always the best move.
