i dunno man. if some new guy thinks hes entitled to something, it shouldnt bother you. i mean you should enjoy the fact that at some point their ambition will be crushed- bigtime. just quietly sit back and watch their attitudes quickly get squashed and then laugh about it later. most pilots are type a's so of course theyre gonna be loud and obnoxious and brag and talk about how theyre gonna be this and that. and theyll brag about how many hours they blocked or credited and how quickly theyre gonna upgrade. at which point you pretend your phone is vibrating and tell em you gotta take this important call.
