The company very recently made up a new way to count, so they could avoid increasing the flow number temporarily.
They love it as a recruiting tool, but they hate it when they are required to comply with it.
Internal (non-company) info has also shown the flow projections the company is giving to not be too far off. And those are based on current attrition. Attrition is going to skyrocket over the next few years.
