And dental (now to include employee cost) will go from roughly $350 to $650, so an extra $300 a month.
Less if just just employee and spouse, or employee and kiddos.
Actual coverage plan is pretty good for what it's worth
Total cost with no employer contribution would be 1100 for employee+family
