This means that 30 airplanes were available in Delta scope for 70 seat aircraft.
The announcement of 15 E175s configured for 70 seats for Delta is growth. There are still 15 planes up for grabs in the scope language.
In Delta scope clause, there is a max 425 airframes. Expressjet and Endeavor are parking CRJ200s to meet the restrictions for 50 seat aircraft. Endeavor and SkyWest will both experience some growth by gaining 70/76 seat aircraft and Expressjet is shrinking in order for the growth at the other two carriers to happen.
Growth for Skywest. Loss for Endeavor and Expressjet.
