Jetlife pretty much summed up NJA with this statement.
As mentioned before with the pilot shortage at the airlines, you are better off going to a regional airline. Upgrade to captain is faster and the experienced gained will benefit your career. Flow through is not bad either.
This is something that NJA can't offer except for being a flying butler.
