From someone who left one Legacy for another, to be home based (and knows ~8-10 guys who've done the same), I would say, go to the one that allows you to drive to work. It's like an entirely new job. More nights at home, much less stress and more extra cash opportunities (if that's your thing). Not to mention less $$$ spent on crashpads/taxis/hotels/eating out. I gladly stay behind and say goodbye, so my fellow pilots can run to catch their commutes...I don't envy them at all.
Wrt to the 737. At 6 foot, it's a cramped, noisy, uncomfortable cockpit. As an FO your seat either goes back or leans back...not both. On the upside, it's a pretty easy plane to fly. Having flown 4 transport category aircraft I would rank it last as my desired plane for Captain. It's too bad SWA didn't adopt the 757 as their plane of choice...that's an incredible jet.
International (not Central America/Carib) vs domestic. Having recently switched to the long haul flying, I can say, I enjoy it much more than domestic. 6-8 legs in 9-12 days/month for 77-80 hours of pay is pretty hard to beat. Having that opportunity is nice, although I'm not sure I would force myself into a lifetime of commuting for it.
Best of luck in whatever you decide, I don't think you can go wrong at either place.
