If you're already at PSA but more than 2 years from flow and don't want to stick around then upgrade if you haven't when the time comes. From there I highly suggest becoming an LCA and then either becoming a sim instructor, volunteering for ALPA or being a part of the recruiting team. Get PIC time and something that stands out on your resume and go from there. Foot in the door to being marketable: roughly 4-5 years. That's an extremely short amount of time in the long run.
