Is there a way to get a good prediction to know if you'd be able to bid a line if you bid for voluntary TDY? I know if you bid voluntary you bid at the bottom so does that pretty much mean reserve?
3U/base/seat/aircraft/D to see how many total in a status, assume you'll be at the end of the list, then count the number of lines.
