News Flash: nobody wants to go to GoJet OR Spirit! They think they can say "we are going to soften our edges and start treating our customers with respect, but then treat their employees terribly- like pay their pilots 50% less than their peers, fire the gate agents and contract them out. Now I don't have a masters in airline management, but that seems like a bad recipe...
