I heard a rumor that there's big cuts on insurance benefits this month.
Also, I'm hearing that a few routes are not being renewed and a lot of pilot slots from attrition will not be filled. Sounds like it's slowed down, which is no surprise given the explosive growth in 2015/16.
This is purely rumor. I can't substantiate it but I did hear this from a current employee. Might explain the lack of hiring the past couple of months.
