We are not getting much at this end either.
My understanding is the crews will transition with the airplanes. I have one source at C360 HQ telling me the first acft goes over 1 Dec with crews going to training in Nov. Yet Gillies implies the final C360 acft will be under SAI's ops specs not until March 2008. This suggest the first acft will not go till the end of Dec. And crews for said acft will not go over for SAI training till Dec(instead of November).

As far as differences/consolidation goes, there is none. It will be done under SAI's ops spec which mean SAI procedures. So of course there will be differences training for SAI crews for Pratt Power, Litton 72's and ACARS. But for C360 crews, they have to go through Indoc and the full ground school like a new hire; since SAI has no short course approved by the Feds.

Gillies implies in the letter that they want to have RS Aviation scheduling in place by the end of this year.

If I were you an SAI guy, I would expect a handful of pilots to come over and 8-10 FE's. Thats my guess.
