It looks like it's more like 14% (+/-) over the Age 65 requirements. I've seen 409 and 425 as this year's Age 65 retirements. A bump or 14% more is about the average range I've seen for decades - 10-15%.
We've run 1000 new hires through the school house in the 1980's-1990's.
I don't know, but guess, that the S80 retirement is generating additional training demand. It doesn't appear that the current school house manning could handle 1000 new hires. That's just an opinion.
